BMC Refo are foam targets for the entry level. As with all targets, it comes down to the perfect advice, so that there is no disappointment later. BMC Refo targets are available in four strengths, namely single, double, triple and quadro. Please make sure that you choose the right target for your intended use:

approx. 6cm = single: for light bows in the range around 20 pounds
approx. 12cm = double: for bows in the range of 30 pounds
approx. 18cm = triple: for bows in the range of 40 pounds
approx. 24cm = quadro: suitable for stronger bows

It is difficult to measure the performance of a target by objective criteria. However, keep in mind, even a quadro target will safely stop the arrows of a 70 pound compound for a while, but will wear out accordingly quickly. We clearly recommend targets with interchangeable cores for skilled compound shooters and strong bows! The BMC targets are oriented to beginners.
