Beginner limbs in black fibreglass over a wood core, for bolt-on risers in wood and metal.

Fibreglass over a wood core is the classic build for beginners: forgiving on the draw, robust in club use and undemanding in care. The tips are made of wood and give the bow a quiet, traditional look.

The draw weight range of 10 to 40 lbs in 2 lb steps covers the whole path from the first arrow to regular training. Weight can therefore be stepped up without replacing the whole bow, which is what counts in schools and clubs.

Note

The fitting does not follow the ILF standard. The limbs suit the Jet V1 and V2 and many Core bolt-on beginner risers in wood and metal, but not ILF risers.
On the metal riser of the Jet series the limit is 40 lbs, which is also the top weight of these limbs, so the two match.
Limbs with wooden tips are made for Dacron strings. Fast Flight and comparable materials belong only on limbs with reinforced tips.
Bow length results from the riser and the limb length.
