A fletching jig for three-fletch builds, designed for repeatable results without lengthy setup.
The jig works with a micro-adjustable tower and an indexed nock receiver. The tower moves the clamp so the vane sits centred on the shaft regardless of shaft diameter, while the nock receiver, marked 1, 2 and 3, takes care of the 120 degree rotation so there is no counting when changing colours.
The laser-etched markings come from the Genesis programme. They set the one inch gap between nock throat and the start of the vane, along with the permitted vane height and the maximum vane length of three inches. That covers a full build of the Easton Genesis 1820, the standard arrow of the North American NASP school programme. On any other arrow the markings simply serve as practical reference points.
