Bogentandler Öffnungszeiten

Bogentandler is an online shop. We do not have a showroom, so looking at or trying out equipment on site is unfortunately not possible.

You can order around the clock, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Completed orders are welcome to be collected in person, everything you need to know is just below.

Collecting your order

Collection is possible Monday to Thursday between 7:30 and 13:00, no appointment needed. One thing matters: please only set off once you have received our message that your order is ready. Until then nothing is waiting for you, even if every item is in stock.

How it works:

You order in the shop as usual and select collection as the shipping method
The order is paid in full online
We put it together and send you an email as soon as it is ready
You come by Monday to Thursday between 7:30 and 13:00 and take your parcel with you

Three things to know in advance, so there are no disappointments:

There is no way to pay on site, the order has to be paid in full beforehand
There is no showroom, so browsing or trying things out is not possible
Collection is not the right moment for advice, but we are glad to take the time beforehand

And a word about ourselves: the collection window falls right in the middle of our working day. Between 7:30 and 13:00 we are picking, packing and getting orders out the door. We are always happy to see a face at the door, but during those hours we are usually pressed for time and rarely able to chat at length. Please do not hold it against us.

If none of the collection times work for you at all, send us a message on WhatsApp. We cannot promise anything, but if it can be arranged, we will find a way.
