The Bohning F Nock is the smallest in the range and fits micro shafts with a 0.166 inch inside diameter, usually sold as 4 mm or G nock.

Micro shafts come into their own where wind matters, in field archery, at long distances and outdoors generally. The narrower profile gives the wind less to work with, but it also calls for the matching nock, since a 5 mm nock simply will not seat.

The throat is a double lock design and holds the arrow securely on the string. At an average of 6.5 grains the F Nock is the lightest of Bohning's insert nocks, which counts at the back of the arrow where every fraction of a gram shifts FOC. Like every Bohning nock it passes simulation, destructive testing and an endurance run of more than 1000 shots before it goes into production.
