Arm guard in 600D polyester with elastic straps and clip fasteners, available in three lengths.

The outer face is 600D polyester, the same densely woven material used on bags and packs. It lies flat, takes the brush of the string and holds its shape. The inside is softly lined, and the curved outline follows the forearm instead of sitting on it like a stiff plate.

It is held by elastic straps with plastic side-release buckles. The straps are linked to each other, so the guard goes on and comes off in one movement rather than buckle by buckle. Once adjusted to the arm, the setting stays put.

Length is chosen at ordering. 19 cm suits most archers who only want the area above the wrist covered. 25 and 30 cm also protect the upper forearm and keep loose sleeves clear of the string path, which counts most in cold weather with several layers on. The short version has three straps, both longer ones have four.
