Where we ship

To Austria and the following neighbouring countries: Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland.

New EU packaging rules have applied since 12 August 2026, requiring separate registration and local representation in every destination country. We have therefore focused our shipping destinations on the markets where we can meet these requirements properly and reliably. We do not currently ship to other EU countries.

Collection in Tattendorf

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Tattendorf, or have it collected on your behalf, wherever you live. Collection is possible Monday to Thursday between 7:30 and 13:00, once we have let you know that your order is ready. You will find all the details on our opening hours and collection page.

Delivery times

Within Austria, your parcel normally arrives the day after despatch. For all other destinations, please allow two working days from despatch. Bulky goods and freight shipments may take longer.

Shipping costs

You can see the exact costs for your order in the basket, bindingly and without signing in. Simply select your delivery country from the drop-down list.

Delivery is free of charge from a gross order value of EUR 249 to Austria and EUR 399 to Germany.* Bulky goods are excluded.

* If you have a right of withdrawal in respect of your order and you exercise it for part of that order after submitting your contractual declaration, with the result that the threshold stated above would no longer be reached in view of the purchase price you no longer have to pay or that we have to refund, we reserve the right to charge you the shipping costs applicable to the remaining part of the order.

If something arrives damaged

The risk of transit damage remains with us until the goods are handed over to you. Just get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund. It helps if you note visible damage with the courier and send us photos of the packaging. That speeds things up.

Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

We ship via Austrian Post on DAP terms. We charge no customs clearance fees, and import clearance and import tax are handled by you. If you pay from a CHF account, please arrange the transfer free of charges for the recipient, otherwise we are charged EUR 16 in bank fees per transaction.
