Light carbon shaft built for speed, in the Elite grade.

XV stands for Xtreme Velocity. The range is built around low mass throughout, with the 500 at 5.1 GPI. A light arrow flies faster and therefore flatter, which softens the effect of a misjudged distance. The shaft is intended for 3D and field shooting and, where hunting is legal, for hunting.

Every shaft is digitally spine aligned, so the stiff side sits in the same place across a dozen. Inside diameter is 0.204 inch and identical across all spines. The Elite grade, listed by Victory as V1, means a straightness of 0.001 inch, the tightest in the range.
